Timber is a natural product. Cracks, Shakes, and Fissures may occur as timber dries, this is a normal process and does not affect the overall strength and durability of the timber. The timber will change colour over time and may also contain Knots and Knot Holes. These are not covered by the warranty as these naturally occur in all pressure treated wood.
Garden Adventure. reserves the right to examine photographs of products claimed to be defective. Products returned to our Factory for examination or recovery must be sent freight prepaid, unless a Goods Returned Note is issued.
This Warranty covers the replacement of these goods, not any travel expenses, lost wages, or labour costs, involved in the installation or replacement of the parts.
No warranty is offered on Products subjected to abuse, negligence, improper use, acts of God, adaptations, or attachment to equipment other than our own.
Non-residential use of the systems is prohibited and will have no warranty as the systems are designed for residential use only
